Don't put off tomorrow what you can do today!

Reward yourself! What do you do to reward yourself when you have kept to the program of avoiding sodas and sugary snacks? This is one of the tough ones for me--I wanted to reward myself with my favorite chocolate candy bar, soda and chips, or cinnamon roll from the bakery---No, No, No Will power to reward yourself with something healthy-- maybe a shirt for jewelry, or a trip to the movies---Would love for you to share your rewards here!
