  • Affiliate Marketing??

Affiliate Marketing is a relatively new concept for many of us. Have you ever visited a blog or website and noticed recommended products being displayed by the blogger or website owner? In most cases, these are affiliate marketing websites where the owners earn a commission or credit for promoting these products. The technology has advanced to the point where they can track the number of clicks, visitors, and purchases. In the case of my website, I am an Amazon Associate. Here is a statement regarding the security of Amazon affiliate marketing: "Amazon provides a safe and secure environment for both buyers and affiliates. This is one of the aspects of Amazon that we appreciate the most. When you make a purchase on Amazon as a customer, they guarantee 100% privacy and ensure the security of all your information. Similarly, as an affiliate, you can trust that your earnings are secure on the platform." https://wpmanageninja.com/pros-cons-amazon-affiliate-marketing When you click on a purple link in my website www.newhopeoutcomes.com you will be recognized by amazon and you will still get your credits and access to your amazon information- address, order history, etc. You will not be charged more for items so that I can get a commission- it will not cost you anything extra, it will not disturb your points or change anything that you have been doing with your amazon account. It will not share with me who ordered or what was ordered. It only shows me the number of clicks each day and how much commission I made that day. I hope this helps you to feel safer with this type of marketing! Have a great day and check out how I can help others become totally healthy - share with your family and friends! Coach Deanna Hope

  • My Story

In 1984, I joined the Health and Physical Education program at Pembroke State University. I was drawn to the concept of holistic health, which goes beyond just physical well-being like weight and muscle development. I came to understand that true health encompasses mental, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being. Despite some resistance towards spiritual health during my teaching career, I found ways to incorporate it, such as having student athletes lead prayers. Over my 31 years of teaching, I enjoyed educating students not only on physical health but also on mental, emotional, and social well-being. I taught various subjects to students from kindergarten to 12th grade, including Health, PE, Team Sports, and Weight Training. I dedicated most of my coaching time to Volleyball and Track. In my final years, I focused on elementary school students and was proud of how well they grasped the health lessons I imparted. This experience inspired me to continue helping others achieve holistic health. I strongly believe that emphasizing only weight and physical health is not enough to achieve and sustain the desired level of physical well-being. I am looking forward to helping others by using this website to share resources and information to assist others for FREE. My goal is to share blogs at least 5 times a week! So, grab an accountability partner and get started with my 12 week S challenge for your weight goals and tap into the other resources to evaluate your emotional, mental, social and spiritual health! www.newhopeoutcomes.com

  • F Word Friday

Exercise physiologist Dr. Ken Hutchins developed the FITT principle in the 1980s to help people structure their workouts more effectively. FITT is an acronym that stands for frequency, intensity, time, and type. These variables can be used independently or in combination to control the amount of stress placed on the body during exercise and stimulate adaptation. Take the exercise "Tricep Kick backs" Frequency is M, W, F. Intensity is how much weight you will use, If just starting out- use just a small 8 oz water bottle- others may be up to 10lbs-15 lbs each arm. • Triumph Tuesday

Tuesday, June 11, 2024 Time to focus on YOU! You are not alone! Remember it is important to talk to yourself with positive affirmations and motivational statements! I had my athletes write down their goals and post them on the mirror in their room or bathroom to remind them of their why. Why are you wanting to become healthier? Is it because you want to spend a more active lifestyle with your loved ones? (For me it is with my Children and Grandchildren) Is it because you have health issues lingering preventing you from being focused on your work? Pain can be debilitating, when I had plantar fasciitis it was all I could do to get up and take that first step let alone stand on it all day to teach PE class and Coach volleyball! I understand! Check out this motivational daily flip calendar -- I think you will love it -- https://amzn.to/4bWAnZE
